  • At Kada Jewellery, every piece is one of a kind, and we really want you to love yours! However, if you need to return an item, please note:

    - Keep note: No refunds are able to given to sale items, clearance items/makers mishap items.

    - Refunds are only accepted if the person has proof of purchase, the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has no chips, scuffs, or damage.

    - The sticker/tag must still be attached for a return to be processed.

    - Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

    - Once we inspect and approve the return, we’ll process your refund. Keep in mind, depending on your bank carrier, this can take up to 10 business days.

  • Let’s be real — Aus Post has never exactly been a trailblazer in the art of timely deliveries. Their ETA is more of a vague suggestion than a garuntee, so hang in there!

    All domestic orders are shipped express via Australia Post. Most customers in Australia receive their items within 7 business days.

    International order delivery times depend on your country.
